a service within GP Surgeries, Community Hospitals and by self–referral throughout
Aberdeenshire to help enhance clients quality of life and promote positive mental
We work with clients to find tailored solutions to the non-medical issues affecting
their quality of life, mood and wellbeing.
The project offers help to clients, their families and carers who are at risk of
developing, or who have developed, a deterioration in their mood or wellbeing.

Signposting Out & About Project

The Signposting Out and About Project is a new project (2012/ 2013), piloting in
Central Aberdeenshire. The project links together like minded people with shared
interests to others for company and support to enhance their quality of life, mood
The project offers help to individuals who have been referred to Aberdeenshire Signposting
Project to match them together to share transport, interests and experiences.
People can choose to meet others individually or as a part of a group, whichever
they feel most comfortable with.
