The Aberdeenshire Signposting Project (ASP) provides a service within GP Surgeries, Community Hospitals and by self–referral throughout Aberdeenshire to help enhance clients quality of life and promote positive mental health.

We work with clients to find tailored solutions to the non-medical issues affecting their quality of life, mood and wellbeing.

The project offers help to clients, their families and carers who are at risk of developing, or
who have developed, a deterioration in
their mood or wellbeing.

Post Natal Depression

24 hour Virtual Support Network for women who are suffering from Postnatal Depression.

We offer online, email, text, telephone and face to face support. Support, help and information is available in the manner most appropriate for each individual. We support users of the project to identify individual needs, explore and develop individual coping strategies/ self help tools, leading to self-management of their post natal
depression.

We are delighted to announce that we recently secured development funding and will be expanding our face to face service and offering more remote support in the very near future. Check our website soon for more information!
